Why do we exist?

We believe art music is the most intimate, and probably the last standing viscerally perceived art form familiar to humans. We thus consider ourselves Noah’s Ark of art music – Caretakers of it, as well as nurturers of future generations of caretakers.

What makes us different?

We congregate out of shared value and vision; we celebrate sonority down to specific tunings and individual temperaments; we take AI as partners not enemies; we understand music is not merely to be performed, it is to be communicated.

What kind of music-making do we believe in?

One that is honest, pure, spiritual, and refined. We believe in “Good Music, Period.”

What kind of audience are we trying to cultivate?

One that is intellectually curious, perceptually acute, open-minded and cerebrally-energetic.

What do we refuse to become?

We will forever refuse mediocracy, diluted efforts, half-hearted performances. We refuse to become “Just another Orchestra”.
